What is a 4 Point?

A 4 point inspection is a home inspection that looks at the four major systems and structures of an older house: roof, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.

Most Florida insurance carriers require a 4 point inspection for homes over a certain age (typically 30+ years) before they will issue or renew a homeowners policy.
